Hi, I'm Janice. 

I conduct research around diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace. Currently, I am a PhD candidate at York University as well as researcher with VRAIE IDEA, a Canadian government initiative aiming to make organizations more disability-inclusive. 

My aim is to provide evidence-based insights around the need for diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts, along with how to successfully implement these.
