Hi, I'm Janice. 

I am a PhD student with 7+ years of quantitative and qualitative research experience, examining issues regarding diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace. 

In conducting this research, I hope to provide evidence-based insights around the need for diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts, along with direction for how to implement these for those who want to.
